This league is an MMA pickems league and how it works is very simple, but we no longer go by the just picking the winner method. 1) Pick a winner. For example, lets go with Mike Pyle vs Jake Ellenberger from UFC 108. I chose Ellenberger. 2) Pick a method. I chose TKO, meaning I think Jake will TKO Pyle. 3) Pick a round. If you think a fight will go to a decision and it does, you get the method and round scores for this result (they are one and the same in the case of the pick). So, the result was that Jake did indeed TKO Mike Pyle in the second round Correct winner prediction is 2 points, method is 4 points, and round is 3 points. So there is a max of 9 points you can earn for a fight. If you just get the winner, you only get two. If you get winner and round, that's 5 points. Winner and method is 6 points. Events -This is a list of events to keep in mind that we will use for pickems. The actual picks will be made in the appropriate discussion thread on the MMA board. once results are tallied, the event results will be removed.
