thank god for fighters like marquez/vazquez though, still gotta love real fighters like that.

Pacquiao also, don't forget Manny!

The one thing that I like in MMA over Boxing is all the big fights in boxing end in decisions, no one ever finishes anyone else.

marquez stopped vazquez in 1 and vazquez stopped marquez in 2 and they went to decision in the 3rd which was guns blazing for 12 rounds. i'll take that any day. also floyd stopped hatton. not all go to decision there's still some good ones out there that do and don't.
COMING SOON!!

Well I didn't mean that they all went to decisions just more high profile boxing fights will tend to go to decisions then MMA, which leads to more controversy of who actually won the fights since a lot of times the bigger name will get the benefit of the doubt and win decisions he really shouldn't have.

not at all, you cant compare anyway because you are comparing the 1 main event fight in boxing to the 5 fights that are shown on ppv. plus the nature of boxing leads to more decisions so again its not comparable due to the use of 12oz gloves and other factors which dont need mentioning.

probably the most exciting fight i have seen in mma and boxing combined in the last 10 years Gatti vs Ward I went to a decision.

Then again Sanchez vs. Parisyan is a fight in MMA that went to a decision and that fight was nonstop action.

agreed but that was 15 minutes while the ward fight was 30 minutes with much more damage done throughout.

in all reality they are totally different and comparing the stoppage ratio just doesnt work.
