CFZ Champion Posts: 2,670 Group: Members Member #23 Joined: October 15, 2005	I was never sold on Sam, and I'm actually glad he lost. I felt he got way too much hype early in his career. Then again, losing only to the Klitscho brothers isn't really that bad.

Here and There CFZ member Posts: 428 Group: Members Member #61 Joined: October 23, 2005	Nah I don't believe Sam is overrated, the guy has vastly improved in his defense, when early in his career that was non existent, to compliment his power game. Its obvious that Sam has had problems against Taller fighters that fight Tall like the Klitscho Bros in his career, which also shows his only two losses. I think Sam will come back and hopefully will learn a thing or two from this fight, that he needs to get inside on taller fighters to nullify the reach advantage, so he can use his power inside. I say you put somebody the same height or slightly taller with Sam, and you'll see a vast difference, not only in mechanics but how he has improved. Until he works out the schematics for taller fighters, its going to be fairly easy for somebody to say he is overrated. To see who is really overrated, look at Exhibit A: Antonio Tarver...
