Ya lethal, I'm not planning on leaving anytime soon.. just had alot of shit going on.. Had surgery and moved back to Vegas.. I'm back training again and will be on here alot more!

I'm not moving out of Vegas for awhile. Just signed up at Wandy's new gym here so hopefully will get back in shape in a few months, then who knows what's next! How you guys been!? Add in the paleolithic diet/lifestyle if you want to cut weight....its tough but damn does it work great and after you get used to it, I feel great even when eating less. I'm in arguably the best shape of my life right now and unfortunately I don't have the damn time to compete, ha
